    1. Uncannily spot-on and usable descriptions and recommendations. I've given this book to many people including a couple of colleagues, a couple of managers/executives, a couple of executive clients, a doctor, a psychologist, and an attorney. Everyone who works with others needs to read this book.

    2. A good evaluation of bullying in the workplace and what employers can do to stop it. However, much of the book focused on what to do with a bully-ing supervisor. It did not focus enough on bullying between co-workers, but overall an interesting and enlightening read.

    3. This is a needed, illustrative, and influential book. All business owners, managers, and employees should read. This includes the fast-food industry.

    4. This is a book that could change and save lives. How's that for an endorsement?As a former target of workplace bullying of the most vicious sort, the subject resonates deeply with me and draws me in with the hope of increasing my understanding of this baffling, counterproductive business practice.
