    1. 3.5 This book drove me batty Stars *Spoilers*Wtf Really????????? I truly just don't know what to think of this series. This was the last book in the Nightwalker series, and I have one question for Jacquelyn Frank. Why? Why are almost all of your heroines cowards? OMG love is so scary! I can't love you, I have been hurt! No I refuse you, I don't care if you are my soul mate I am to scared to even think of trying so I will run Bla Bla Bla! I just don't understand it and quite frankly it drove me c [...]

    2. The last book of the series starts out with a huge WTF moment. We are immediately, without warning and without regards to our fragile hearts, thrown into the midst of a battle scene between the Demon Enforcers and the evil duo, Ruth and Nicodemus. In grisly detail, we are forced to watch the deaths of Jacob and Isabella, right in front of their daughter who barely escapes with her life. My reaction:I wasn't prepared for this. I had to force myself to continue, with a box of tissues handy as the [...]

    3. GREAT. I was not pissed I was totally happy. It wouldn't hurt to continue the story though Hint hint wink winklol 10/31/2011. I just started reading only got about a chapter in and all I can say is. W T F I hope I don't stay pissed offI CANT WAIT!!! Hopefully they find Ruth and Kill her in this booklol

    4. OMG, what a complex read and an amazing surprise I was definitely NOT expecting. For some reason, probably because my mind was set to understand this series was over already, I really thought I would be bored with this read. I just thought: Please, not another author who tries to come back with an old success. Well, I could have not been any more mistaken. IT WAS FREAKING AMAZING!I was more than happy to come back to such amazing characters and to this fascinating world J. Frank has created. It [...]

    5. OH GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!!! I swear I'm only 2hrs into the audiobook and I'm ready to slit my wrists!! I swear if things progress the way they are going I'm going to be hanging from my closet before the night is over.update: book completeBook Review - I actually REALLY liked this book. The beginning was extremely depressing and left me screaming WTF, but once I could figure out the gist of the story I was more than happy to keep going. There is lots of action and emotion. I love Jasmine's witt. Th [...]

    6. I liked this book for the most part but there were a few things i had issues with. The beginning was CRAZY and very sad actuallybut then things started to get really interesting because of Leah's abilities and i really liked what Jacquelyn Frank did with all of that, and how she brought Adam into the storyat was VERY cool! I thought the climactic battle with Ruth, after all the years of hell that she put all the Nightwalkers through was satisfying enough but i wish that they'd ALL been there to [...]

    7. You know I started reading this book and right off the bat I said to myself WTF???? How could this beI was so tempted to put the book down. But of course being the type of person I am I had to look through to see if what had happened really happened and whether there was some happy endings in there.Jacquelyn wrote a fantastic last book of the series with this one. It had me thinking long after I put the book down about how changing one small part of the past has far reaching consequences to ever [...]

    8. WOW!!!! I was floored by this book. Loved every minute of it! Jacquelyn's writing is so fresh, vivid and magical. Her characters are utterly endearing and just frickin' hot. Adam and Jasmine are no exception. I want to read this again and again. NICE JOB, MISS FRANK!!!!! PS: Re: That shocker of a beginning: I had total faith. Knew it would all be fixed.

    9. demonloversbooksandmoreThe prologue is 2008- Jacob and Bella are fighting Ruth and her lover Nicodemus, this prologue will rip apart the foundations of this series, of this world Jacquelyn Frank built. You will not believe it at first, thinking instead it’s a weird twist, or cruel trick, but it’s real. And it sucks. Fast forward 10 years later, and we see Leah, Jacob and Bella’s daughter, as an isolated teen. While this may be Jasmine and Adam’s book, we actually get a lot of Leah for ab [...]

    10. Ever since I picked up Jacob I was caught up in this outstanding world, so when I had the chance to review it of course I took it. The Nightwalker books is one of the first paranormals I read and have yet to look back. Now this wasn't my favorite book in the series but it did actually come pretty close. Adam is the oldest brother to Jacob and Kane. A long ago, Adam disappeared from not only his home but from his job as Enforcer. Jacob searched for him but found no trace of him. Finally Adam myste [...]

    11. This one is full of twists and turns, both heart breaking and heart warning moments, and in the endd really ties this series together. I am saddened that this is the last book in this series, but am very glad that I decided to finally read this. On to some more of Frank's books.

    12. Reviewed for Smexybooks October 2011Adam is book 6 in Jacquelyn Frank’s Nightwalker series and it was such a sweet surprise because I had been under the impression that the series had ended with Noah’s book, three years ago. I really enjoyed the world that Ms. Frank created in her Nightwalker series and because I couldn’t remember Adam at all, I was even more intrigued. The story begins with a prologue in the year 2008. We revisit most of the characters from previous books and get a quick [...]

    13. Review posted: Happily Ever After - ReadsBlog Rating: 3.5/5*Very light spoilers for the book…it would be nearly impossible to review this book spoiler-free!*It’s been 3 long years since the last book in the Nightwalkers series came out, Noah, so to say I was eagerly anticipating this newest release, Adam, is an understatement. The epilogue had me ready to throw the book out the window – an HEA for one past couple is ripped away in the first few pages and once I calmed down enough to think [...]

    14. (4.5 Stars Really)The extremely bold beginning of this installment alone was enough to make it the best entry of the series for me. I was stunned (in a very good way) at the audacity of character and storyline shakeup and excited about how it would play out for the remainder of the read. The great follow-through from the opening events made this an emotional read, that capitalized on both the events and the consequences as Leah came into her power and played such a pivotal role.Adam being a fish [...]

    15. Adam is Jacob's brother who mysteriously disappeared 400 years ago. Mentioned in passing in previous books we find out more about this compelling character. But really this is as much Jasmine's story as Adam's. Jasmine as you may remember is Damien the Vampire Prince's right hand and best friend. She also can't stand Damien's mate and uses any excuse to torment her. The book starts out shocking readersen slows downst too much to focus on Leah and some angst ridden drama. The story ramps up again [...]

    16. Okay, this doesnt feel like a Nightwalker novel to me It doesnt feel like any of the first 5 books in this series. That being said, its not a bad read, it's just a little weird to read about all the characters you've come to know, like, or love in this series, but you're reading about them in a completely different setting it seems. Not a Nightwalker one. And that's a little disconcerting. But the story is quite gripping. What I didnt like about this one, was the romance. It just did not grip me. [...]

    17. World-building: A++++Mythology: A++Suspense: A++++Plot-Twists: A++Girl Power: A++Guy Hero: A++Love Interests: A++Feels: A+++For you clean-readers: this one DOES have mature content. Some scene-skipping/self-editing will be needed to read this one.

    18. Review Courtesy of Dark Faerie TalesQuick & Dirty: Thrilling, mysterious and sexy paranormal romance with some time travel and a whole lotta arse kickin.Opening Sentence: “There’s too many of them!”The Review:Okay, so apparently this reviewer is even more out of certain loops than was previously expected. Looking through , I just found out that Noah, the book before Adam, was supposed to have been the last of this series. *GASP* Well, I for one am glad that Ms. Frank decided to dust of [...]

    20. Ahhhh, a fine finish to a great series. "Adam" is the final book of the "Nightwalker" series and wow they went out with a bang. HOWEVER, I still maintain that "Noah", the book before this one, was the best of series!"Adam" was the trickiest of the series. And also the most thought provoking if you sit down to ponder the ideas brought up. I realize, of course, that this is a work of fiction and that most likely, we will never experience time travel but its STILL fun to think about and its fun to [...]

    21. Let me start off by saying that THE NIGHTWALKERS series was my first paranormal romance series. I fell in love with this series and became totally hooked and awaited every release. I was so upset when I heard "Noah" was the last book. So, imagine my surprise (and everyone else's) when I found out 3 years later that Jacki was writing another NIGHTWALKERS book, Woo Hoo!!. Even bigger surprise was when I (and Michelle) were offered an ARC of "Adam" and an opportunity to review it! (I was squeeing f [...]

    22. Posted At: Riverina RomanticsRating: 4/5*Romance: 4/5 <3 I have to say, as much as I liked Jasmine’s character throughout this series, I really couldn’t see much of a story with her. So when I found out this book was about her, I was both excited but wary at the same time. I really had nothing to worry about.Right off the bat, I went through a range of emotions from being pissed off at the author to being happy again. Then I became slightly bored, but only slightly. All of it was necessar [...]

    23. If you've read the other books in this series, like I have, then this was like riding an emotional roller coaster to hell and back again. I was so floored at the beginning that I didn't even take notes. It went a bit like this:Turn page, turn page, gasp in shock, turn page, look at cover to make sure I was reading the right book, turn page, gasp, stare unbelieving at my husband like he could somehow fix it, turn page, turn page, and repeat.Things like this make it exceptionally hard to review a [...]

    24. Fans of the Nightwalker series pay attention! Author Jacquelyn Frank has listened to our plea's, bribery and outright groveling of continuing the series with Adam. Let me tell you that the author did not disappoint the readers with this new book! While this wasn't my favorite book in the series -- mainly because I am a sucker for Noah -- it still had the magic the readers come to expect from the Nightwalker world. Adam is the oldest brother to Jacob and Kane. Long ago, Adam disappeared from not o [...]

    25. * 4.5 Stars *I cried yep. 25 pages in and I was crying. I haven't cried from a book since Dumbledore kicked the bucket in the Harry Pooper series.Jacquelyn Frank has a way with conveying emotions through words. I thought the beginning to her story was unique and very emotional. It made me hurt to see how our favorite Demon's lives had turned out. I cried for Leah.Frank is clever at creating worlds that are unique. I read all of her books but nothing has the impact like her Nightwalkers series. I [...]

    26. I really really missed this series and these awesome characters. Thank you Ms. Frank for bringing us Adam's story. I was shocked when I read the prologue and was immediately pissed. Damn Ruth and her ruthlessness. Jacob was the first demon I fell in love with and when Ruth and Nico went after him, Bella and Leah I was devastated. I kept saying no, no, noAdam had just suddenly disappeared never to have been heard from again and no one not even Noah knew what the hell happened to him, so when Leah [...]

    27. Let me start out by saying that I absolutely LOVE Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalkers series. I remember that I began to read the books back in the winter of 2009 and it did not take me long to finish (I finished "Noah" in less than 24 hours.) And it broke my heart to know I was done with such an AMAZING series. So when I heard that Adam was to be released, my friend and I were at the book store on the date of the release. Of course, we already knew who Adam was (we were THAT obsessed with the charact [...]
