    1. Casas' are my favorite Spanish cook books. This one has great, authentic Canary Island recipes like Mojo Picon and Papas Arrugadas.

    2. This book is to read as much as it is to cook from--I would suggest doing both. Penelope Casas is an expert in this area and she is the best
