    1. I'm not in the habit of buying glossy cookbooks from Williams-Sonoma as they are usually more inspiration and fluff than anything else but this book is an unparalleled exception. It's smart, it's steeped in ingredients that are good for more than just your stomach, and it's gorgeous photo styling actually does the recipes justice, not the other way round.Sara Kate Gillingham-Ryan is the writer behind Apartment Therapy's The Kitchn and I'd been getting their weekly emails for a while before this [...]

    2. I really love the layout and the recipes are perfect for parties. I haven't had the chance to try any of the recipes yet so I can't give it a full 5 stars, but knowing how much I love 'the Kitchn' and how much I love perusing the book, I have high hopes.------------I've since had a party and made a good chunk of these recipes. Generally, everything has been scrumptious. There's a few issues I have in terms of recipe/instruction detail or changes I'd make due to personal preference, but everythin [...]

    3. I haven't had a chance to try any of the recipes yet, but I'm excited to. The pictures in this book are gorgeous. They look like real meals and not like the sterile, fake cookbook images I'm used to. There's a wide variety of recipes included. I'm sure there's something for every one. The information and tips look really useful, and even the recipes with longer ingredient lists seem doable to me.I was really, really surprised with the quality of this book. It seems super and I can't wait to try [...]

    4. when it comes to food, I'm terribly difficult to impress and this book did not impress me. the dessert section barely even intrigued my stomach. in fact, the only things that did sound good to me were the citrus-herb cookies and cubano sandwiches with mojo sauce.

    5. Wonderful recipes! Loaded with real meals that I can create anytime and everyone will love. Will be used often in my kitchen.

    6. I highly recommend this book for anyone FTC: I received a free copy of this book and was not reimbursed in any other way.

    7. I have read thousands of cookbooks and this one delivers what the title says. It is good food to share.
