    1. MOUTH-WATERING, delicious, spectacular, heart-warming, and I could go on for days with words to describe these recipes. Emily's recipes are absolutely to die for. This book is full of creativity and I love that Emily has made these RAW recipes into such an art! The photographs in the book are phenomenal! This is a must-have book to have in your kitchen. Need I say more? Happy Un-cooking! ;)

    2. Illustrated by gorgeous color photos for each recipe, this book is fabulous. Each dessert takes only a few ingredients and a few steps, but looks as if it came from an upscale bakery or restaurant. There are substitutes given for all ingredients, so it is very flexible. The "cheese" cake I made is beautiful, delicious, and guilt-free. The author's creativity in combining basic ingredients is amazing.

    3. The recipes I tried were super simple and delicious. A lot featured chocolate, which I don't do, but there were plenty of fruit, coconut, and nut-butter based desserts as well. I tried making the fruit tart with almond caramel filling and it was super easy, looked beautiful, and tasted good. I made the carrot cake and it was also really good and easy.

    4. By far my favorite dessert cookbook!! Everything I have made from it has been amazing. One dessert in particular that I make often has been referred to as crack by anyone who tries it. And the recipes are easily modifiable to make smaller quantities.

    5. IN LOVE WITH THIS BOOK. Contains bunch of recipes involving just a few ingredients and that is exactly what I was looking for.

    6. Delicious and enticing recipes. Easy to make and easy to change. I see this becoming one of my favorite cookbooks. I'm very happy to have this one in my collection.

    7. Some of these feel beyond my vegan abilities but I am definitely going to try the Jewel Fruit Tart with Caramel Almond Filling and probably the banana ice cream too. I’ll come back to this book for more if the first attempts are successful. I thank this author for putting in the time to develop all of these creative and nutritious recipes!

    8. I am allergic to nuts and almost every recipe has nuts. I would love a healthy cookbook that doesn't for once have peanuts in everything uhh 🙄I'm sure these recipes are nice but it was useless to me.

    9. With my recent discovery that half of the foods in world cause me IBS, I have been on a mission to find healthy yummy foods. Now, i am a sugar addict like half of this planet, but I cannot eat it anymore because it causes me an unbelievable pain. so when I discovered how tasty raw desserts can be - i was in heaven. Which prompted me to buy this amazing book by Emily Von Euw. I have discovered Emily and her Vegan Raw Kitchen via Instagram and became an instant fan. All her recipes are so deliciou [...]

    10. To prepare for vegan dining,The recipes in this book look amazing! I wonder how the taste will turn out (often standard vegan cooking feels like a trade off of taste for "principles". A lot of the recipes seem to have interesting substitutions: pitted dates and oats for a graham cracker crust. It also doesn't rely heavily on processed items (coconut oil excluded). So far we've made a few recipes and they both have been really good and not difficult or time consuming:Lemon dream pie (though we mad [...]

    11. I love this book. And I am totally not Vegan or Vegetarian. I am however totally in love with Vegan desserts. They are just…better. A whole lot better. With her Rawsome Vegan Baking Un-Cookbook Emily von Euw provides a visual feast of I-can-really-do-this so so good Vegan dessert recipes. Plunder the book. Make the recipes. Eat the goodness. Ah, so scrumptious.

    12. AWESOME!!!!!!!!What more can I say about this collection of delectable recipes that are easy and practical at the same time. No fussy or weird ingredients, these are recipes that can be achieved by anyone, even us living in remote and regional areas.A wonderful book for those who are interested in something a little bit different.

    13. Got this for my newly-vegan, soon-to-be-daughter-in-law, so I haven't tried any of the recipes. I spent a pleasant afternoon drooling over the squee-worthy photos, however. Every dessert looks tempting, and they seem amazingly easy to prepare - some only have four ingredients!Hopefully, she'll invite me over for dinner dessert soon!

    14. Randomly found this one at the library. There is some yummy stuff in here, but she uses coconut oil in practically everything, which I don't consider healthy. On the other hand, my family has liked trying these ones and they are not always into my vegan experiments.

    15. If all the yummy-looking treats taste half as good as they look, this book rocks! I haven't tried any of the recipest! I know I will though. I'm very much looking forward to reading her blog.

    16. Beautifully photographed and entertainingly written. Every recipe I've tried has been easy to make and, above all, exceptionally tasty.
