    1. Det. P and D's story. Parker and Drew I am not a fan of those names. All the Cantrell men get their happy ending but not the ladies. Will the author get to Michelle, Raine and Savannah?

    2. Summer’s Moon by Lacey Baker is the 3rd book in her Sweetland series. I have not read Lacey Baker before, and after reading this book, I am adding her to my list of authors I want to read. Summer’s Moon is a sweet romance, in a small town, with fantastic characters and a little bit of suspense. This book can be read easily as a standalone, but since I enjoyed this so much, I plan to read the two earlier books.Drew Sydney is our heroine, who runs her own flower shop in Sweetland. Drew and her [...]

    3. Summer’s Moon is a fantastic romantic story about Drew and Parker. Drew own a flower shop in Sweetland. Parker is part of the huge Cantrell family, and practically the only one left unmarried. After a one-night stand with Drew, she discovers she is pregnant with Parker’s baby. The story that follows is a sweet romance about how these two step all around committing themselves to each other when they both find strong feelings for the other. Parker is a police detective, on leave because of a k [...]

    4. Parker is one of the Cantrell siblings that have come back to Sweetland for their grandmother’s funeral. Her legacy to them is a B & B and a puppy for each of them. Parker decides to stay in Sweetland for a while due to his suspension from the police force in Boston. One night he and Drew, the local florist, have a one night stand. Even though neither one of them is looking for a commitment they both end up having feelings for each. These feelings grow once they find out that they are goin [...]

    5. Summer's Moon a Sweetland novel number three by Lacey Baker. Parker Cantrell is a homicide detective in a big city. One night his partner was shot and died in Parker's arms. Later Parker found out the guy did drugs. Not the dealers were after Parker. Parker goes back to his home town for his grandmothers funeral. All the Cantrells were given puppies by their grandmother when she died. The grandmother wants them all to move back to their hometown. Parker was the wild one in the family. Lots of wo [...]

    6. I did not read the first two books in this series and had no trouble following the characters. This was a good mystery, love story between Drew and Parker who both have some past issues. Parker is a cop who is under investigation because his partner was killed and the chief seems to be covering up a lot of evidence. Drew was attacked by a boyfriend when she was a teen and he is now back in Sweetland attempting to bully and stir up the past. A good pageturner with the two storylines converging in [...]

    7. Loved this one!! Great small town romance filled with wonderful characters and a beautiful coastal location. The writing is fantastic and makes you feel like you are sitting on the porch watching. Parker Cantrell came back to Sweetland for his grandmothers funeral, but a beautiful woman and an unexpected pregnancy has him sticking around and re-assessing his life. Couldn't get enough of this one and now I must go back and read the preceding two stories while I wait for more from this author. I r [...]

    8. Nice, sweet love story with 'surprises' that we could see coming a mile away but who cares. If you want a little light reading with a happy ending, this is a book for you.As usual both main characters have secrets, baggage, and flaws that only true love can conquer. Looking further into the book I see it's part of a series, not sure I feel compelled to read all of them butwho knows. After I OD on mysteries or some heavy dark sci-fi these might be just the thing to cleanse the palette.

    9. I received this from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. I liked the story it had a good premise. I did enjoy the characters but I just did not love this book. It was a hard read for me. It just seemed there was not a good flow to the book. It would jump to some other time and setting with no warning made it hard to keep up with what was going on. Other than that it was pretty good read.

    10. This was the first book in this series that I picked up to read. The huge cast was difficult to keep track of. It felt like the pacing was slow and there was more internal monologue than dialogue. I didn't find the hero or heroine engaging. I won't be continuing with this series.

    11. I have read 3 books in 3 days. Yes i have the flu, but these books are sweet and lovely and adorable. If u are looking for a fun, sweet read, please read this series.
