    1. Great book for therapists to give handouts to their clients. This book I use to help clients with mindfulness. I am a trauma therapist and mindfulness is one of the tools I use to help others to be in the moment and relieve some of their anxiety and stress. This is a wonderful tool for every day life and living in the moment, to be free and anxiety, panic attacks and depression. This book contains so many activities that can be for everyone and anyone that needs to reduce their anxiety, stress, or pain. I highly suggest this book if you need help coping with these challenges that every single one of us faces.
