It's the little things that shape our perspective's of our lives and this book was a perfect reference guide to keep me on the right track. The little suggestions in this book can create a huge impact in your life over all.

    5. This book is one of my favorite health and fitness books. It gives simple, inexpensive ways to improve your outlook. Everything from scrap booking to swimming and the research behind why those are effective!! Surely a must read :)

    6. I enjoyed that it was a simply quick read for those who are dealing with stress in their lives. Most of the things that they have listed are simply no-brainers that anyone can do. However, it is always a good thing to see a different side of things for when you do need to feel great.

    7. So I pulled this off the shelf because the title intrigued me. It's got some fine suggestions, but overall the book is meh. I was not inspired.
