    1. this is a terrible book to read. i wanted to like the story but the way it ws written didn't allow me to feel anything but wanting the book to end. the author failed to instil any emotional feels in me, it was very much like reading a high school composition. i wasnt at all convinced of Lucas's feelings for jenna,ce versa. neither did i feel he was as deeply hurt by his attack nor the betrayal of his ex & all of a sudden both starts thinking they love each other & enough to ask for jenna [...]

    2. I'm afraid this was the hardest book I've read all year. And it's a shame because it's my first ever medical Mills and Boon read. I picked it up thinking I usually devour Mills and Boons books in two to three days - not with this one! I loved the setting, it being in Devon, but most of the time this book was very telling and not very showing.
